Learn about our mission, vision, and the dedicated team behind the Civil Engineering Students' Society at Thapathali Campus.
The Civil Engineering Students' Society (CESS) Thapathali Campus is a non-profit, non-political student-led organization dedicated to advancing civil engineering education and fostering professional development among students.
We strive to create a vibrant learning community where students can enhance their technical skills, develop leadership qualities, and prepare for successful careers in the civil engineering industry.
Through workshops, competitions, seminars, and collaborative projects, we aim to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry requirements.
The official website of the Civil Engineering Students' Society (CESS), Thapathali Campus, was launched in 2083 B.S., marking a significant milestone in the society's digital transformation. Developed during the tenure of the CESS Executive Committee 2083/84 , the website was established to serve as the official digital platform of CESS.
Designed to strengthen communication, improve accessibility, and preserve the society's institutional legacy, the website provides a centralized platform for announcements, events, publications, committee information, notices, galleries, and other resources. It is envisioned as a living archive that will continue to grow and evolve with the contributions of future executive committees.
The successful realization of this initiative was made possible through the dedication, expertise, and collaborative efforts of many individuals. CESS extends its sincere appreciation to Suvanjan Prasai and Sourya Bikram Shah for their invaluable contributions to the design and development of the website. The Society also expresses its heartfelt gratitude to Thapathali Campus, the EMIS Unit, and all faculty members, advisors, volunteers, and well-wishers whose guidance, encouragement, and support played an important role in bringing this vision to life.
